Join me on horseback from Aspen to Vail

A catered 4-day trail ride

Experience the rugged beauty of Colorado in a whole new way. I’ve partnered with the cowboys of Bearcat for a four-day, 55-mile ride from Vail to Aspen and I only have room for four more people. I’d love for you to join me August 13th-16th for one of the most memorable journeys you’ll ever take!

This trip puts you on the right side of roughing it and it’s suitable for riders of any level. You’ll experience rustic yet refined dinners prepared by me, plenty of wine, some of the most beautiful forest and mountain views in Colorado, and cowboy tales you won’t get anywhere else.

The first and third nights are spent in furnished 10th Mountain Division huts overlooking picturesque vistas. We’ll spend the second night at a beautiful guest ranch on the Fryingpan River where hot showers and wifi awaits you. Just imagine unwinding from the day’s ride in the guest ranch hot tub under a massive ocean of stars!

I’ve chosen to partner on this adventure because the powerful beauty of Colorado truly inspires me, and I use that inspiration to craft each delectable dinner during the ride. The trail rides in between these meals immerse you in the verdant and wild backcountry. When your olfactory senses aren’t taking in the delightful scents of my dishes, you’ll swim in the sights and sounds of wildlife, rolling streams, pines, spruces, and fresh mountain air.

It’s the perfect way to unplug and recharge. Not to mention, it’s a guaranteed one-of-a-kind experience and quite the culinary adventure! Visit the Bearcat website to learn more and book one of the final four seats before all the saddles are full.
