This is one of my favorite go to green smoothie recipes. It's packed with antioxidants, protein and healthy fats tokeep you full until lunch. It's a great bonus that kids LOVE the flavor. Anytime I can get Lucy to eat more greens, it's a bonus.


  • 2 C Coconut Water
  • 1/2 C Raw Almonds
  • 1/2 C Coconut Flakes unsweetened
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 C Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 C Baby Spinach


  1. Blend everything together in a high powered blender, enjoy!
